Cooperation
TeploFormat Engineering works with engineering design firms, architectural practices, general contractors, construction companies, property developers, energy service companies (ESCOs), and energy auditors.
We participate in projects as a technical partner, engineering subcontractor, or full-cycle contractor. We deliver boiler plants of varying complexity — from compact 100 kW installations to large facilities with capacities exceeding 10 MW.
Within the agreed scope of work, we provide design, manufacturing, supply, installation, connection to utility systems, start-up and commissioning, integrated testing, and preparation of the required documentation.
Who We Work With
1. Engineering Design Firms and Architectural Practices
We jointly develop efficient heat supply solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities:
- we join projects at the concept development and initial engineering stages;
- we develop solutions for built-in, attached, rooftop, and standalone boiler plants;
- we coordinate boiler plant requirements with the architectural and structural design of the building;
- we consider fire safety requirements, fire-resistance ratings of building structures, automation, and emergency protection;
- we perform engineering calculations and prepare materials for the design documentation.
2. General Contractors and Construction Companies
We work as an engineering subcontractor with well-defined processes and clearly allocated areas of responsibility:
- we deliver boiler plants for facilities of various types and levels of complexity;
- we manufacture and supply modular boiler plants with a high degree of factory readiness;
- we control the quality of manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and handover;
- we coordinate our work with other project participants;
- we comply with the agreed project schedule and contractual requirements.
3. Developers and Property Development Companies
We design heat supply systems that contribute to improved energy efficiency, efficient use of available space, and lower operating costs:
- we select the optimal boiler plant arrangement: built-in, attached, rooftop, or standalone;
- we adapt solutions to the architecture, technical constraints, and equipment delivery and installation requirements;
- we consider the required heating capacity, operating profiles, and future facility expansion;
- we prepare the agreed package of technical documentation;
- we provide technical and after-sales support following commissioning.
4. Energy Service Companies and Energy Auditors
We participate in heat supply modernisation projects and the implementation of modern energy-efficient solutions:
- we develop hybrid systems incorporating heat pumps, solar thermal collectors, and cogeneration units;
- we perform operating-mode tests and optimise equipment settings;
- we modernise outdated boiler plants by replacing equipment and implementing modern automation systems;
- we select optimal operating modes for heat-generating equipment;
- we develop solutions to improve the reliability and efficiency of the heat generation system.
TeploFormat Engineering in Numbers
- more than 60 completed projects;
- boiler plants starting from 100 kW, including large facilities with capacities exceeding 10 MW;
- installation arrangements: built-in, attached, rooftop, and standalone boiler plants;
- construction formats: stationary and modular boiler plants;
- integrated testing of equipment and automation systems in accordance with the commissioning programme and project-specific requirements;
- warranty periods ranging from 12 to 36 months, depending on the equipment, manufacturer’s terms, and contractual conditions;

What Our Partners Receive
1. End-to-End Approach
A single technical partner throughout every key stage — from engineering design to the commissioning of the facility.
2. High Degree of Factory Readiness
Modular boiler plants are manufactured under controlled factory conditions, reducing the amount of on-site work and shortening the project delivery schedule.
3. Clear Project Coordination
We follow an agreed workflow with clearly defined scopes of work, deadlines, and responsibilities for every project participant.
4. Technical Expertise
We handle non-standard engineering challenges, constrained installation conditions, and projects with demanding reliability, safety, and energy-efficiency requirements.
5. Flexible Cooperation Models
We can work as a technical consultant, equipment supplier, engineering subcontractor, or full-cycle contractor.
6. Documentation and After-Sales Support
We prepare the agreed package of design, as-built, and other technical documentation and provide support following equipment start-up.
Let’s Work Together
