Warranty and Service
TeploFormat Engineering not only designs, manufactures, and commissions boiler plants but also provides warranty and post-warranty service in accordance with the terms of the contract.
We support each facility following commissioning by providing scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, equipment and automation system adjustments, and technical assistance.
We work with gas-fired, solid-fuel, electric, liquid-fuel, and combined boiler plants, as well as cogeneration units. We service boiler plants in stationary, modular, and containerised configurations.
Warranty Terms
The warranty period for modules manufactured by TeploFormat Engineering and for installation and commissioning work performed by our team ranges from 12 to 36 months, depending on the facility configuration, scope of work, and contractual terms.
The warranty for installed equipment is governed by the terms of its manufacturers and the accompanying documentation. If different warranty periods apply to a specific facility under applicable law or the contract, those requirements shall prevail.
The specific scope, duration, and procedure for fulfilling warranty obligations are defined in the contract and warranty documentation. The warranty remains valid provided that the equipment is operated within its design parameters, the manufacturers’ instructions and agreed maintenance schedule are followed, and no unauthorised alterations or interventions are made.
Documentation
Upon completion of the work, the customer receives a package of technical and as-built documentation appropriate to the project scope and contractual terms. It may include:
- technical passports and documentation for the boiler plant modules and installed equipment;
- design and as-built documentation within the agreed scope;
- certificates, declarations, and other documents required for the relevant equipment;
- acceptance certificates, test reports, and commissioning records;
- operating mode charts — where required for the specific equipment;
- instructions for the operation and safe use of the equipment;
- warranty documents;
- a service agreement — when the relevant service package is ordered.

Maintenance frequency, response times, and the scope of service are determined based on the boiler plant type, equipment configuration, operating conditions, and contractual terms.
Personnel Training and Support
Following commissioning, TeploFormat Engineering specialists familiarise the customer’s personnel with the operating principles and safe operation requirements of the installed equipment.
Personnel support may include:
- an introduction to the equipment configuration and main functions;
- an explanation of boiler plant start-up, shutdown, and operating control procedures;
- training in the use of automation and dispatching systems;
- an explanation of how to respond to normal, warning, and emergency signals;
- handover of operating instructions and other operational documentation.
Familiarisation with the equipment does not replace mandatory professional training, safety briefings, or personnel competency assessments where these are required by applicable law.
Benefits of Manufacturer-Provided Service
By choosing TeploFormat Engineering for service, you receive support from a team with access to the design and as-built documentation and detailed knowledge of the specific boiler plant configuration.
This provides:
- fast and accurate equipment diagnostics;
- consideration of the specific features of each project;
- coordinated inspection of the main and auxiliary equipment;
- the use of original or manufacturer-approved spare parts and consumables;
- a complete record of maintenance and completed repairs;
