This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Limited Liability Company “TEPLOFORMAT” (the Company) collects and processes when you use the website tfe.com.ua, submit an enquiry, request a quotation, enter into or perform an agreement, receive equipment, participate in a project, or obtain after-sales service.

2.1. This Policy applies to Website visitors, representatives of legal entities regardless of their form of ownership, legal form, or non-profit status, sole proprietors, contact persons, employees, contractors, prospective and existing partners, and customers whose personal data is processed in connection with TeploFormat Engineering activities. This includes representatives of private companies, government authorities, local government bodies, state-owned and municipal enterprises and institutions, charities, and non-governmental organisations.

2.2. The Website and TeploFormat Engineering services are intended for cooperation with legal entities and sole proprietors and are not directed at persons under the age of 18.

3.1. Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of personal data:

  • the first name, last name, and job title of a contact person;

  • data required to prepare, enter into, and perform an agreement and to arrange payment, delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty, and after-sales service;
  • information concerning service requests, equipment, faults, and completed works;

4. How We Obtain Personal Data

4.1. We may obtain personal data:

  • directly from you when you complete a form, speak with us by telephone, correspond with us, attend a meeting, or participate in the performance of an agreement;
  • from the company, sole proprietor, employer, or partner you represent;

5. Why We Process Personal Data

5.1. We may process personal data for the following purposes:

  • preparing a technical solution, calculation, or quotation;

11.3. Technical logs, backups, and information security data are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure the stability, restoration, and protection of the Website.

11.4. Cookie lifetimes depend on their purpose and the settings of the relevant service. At the end of the required retention period, personal data is deleted, anonymised, or access to it is restricted unless continued retention is required by law.
