These Terms govern the use of the website tfe.com.ua, which is owned by Limited Liability Company “TEPLOFORMAT” (the Company) and represents its TeploFormat Engineering engineering division.
1. General Provisions
1.1. By using the Website, browsing its pages, or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Website.
1.3. Browsing the Website, submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or requesting a quotation does not constitute acceptance of the Public Offer Agreement, does not place an order, and does not create an obligation to enter into an agreement.
1.4. Agreements for the supply of equipment, manufacture of boiler plants, performance of works, and provision of services are entered into in writing with legal entities regardless of their form of ownership, legal form, or non-profit status, and with sole proprietors. Customers may include private companies, government authorities, local government bodies, state-owned and municipal enterprises and institutions, charities, and non-governmental organisations. Individual terms are set out in the relevant agreement and Specification.
2. Purpose of the Website
2.1. The Website provides information about TeploFormat Engineering, its equipment, types of boiler plants, engineering solutions, completed projects, warranty and after-sales service, delivery, payment, and cooperation terms.
2.2. The Website allows users to submit an enquiry, ask a question, request a consultation, provide source data or files, and request the preparation of a technical solution or quotation.
2.3. Online payment and automatic contract formation directly through the Website are not available.
3. Information About Equipment and Services
3.1. Descriptions, characteristics, images, diagrams, sample configurations, schedules, performance figures, and other information published on the Website are provided for general information purposes.
3.2. Actual characteristics, scope, capacity, cost, and implementation schedule depend on the technical requirements, facility conditions, available fuel, selected equipment, scope of works, and other agreed parameters.
3.3. Images of equipment and completed facilities may differ from the configuration of a specific order. Manufacturers may change the appearance and characteristics of their products without prior notice, provided this does not adversely affect the agreed parameters of a specific delivery.
3.4. The final terms of a specific order are determined exclusively by the signed agreement, Specification, technical requirements, design documentation, and other documents agreed by the parties.
3.5. Information on the Website is not a substitute for a site survey, engineering calculations, design work, professional advice, or any approvals and permits required by law.
4. Submission and Processing of Enquiries
4.1. When submitting an enquiry, the user shall provide accurate, current, and sufficient information to enable us to respond and process the request.
4.2. If an enquiry is submitted on behalf of a legal entity, government authority, local government body, or sole proprietor, the user confirms that they have the necessary authority to do so.
4.3. We may contact the user to clarify source data, request additional information, or explain that a technical audit or site survey is required before a solution can be prepared.
4.4. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee that the request can be fulfilled within the scope, at the price, or within the schedule proposed by the user.

5. File Uploads
5.1. Users may submit documents, drawings, diagrams, photographs, and other materials through the Website where these are required to process an enquiry.
5.2. By uploading materials, the user confirms that:
- they have the right to provide the materials and authorise their use for processing the enquiry;
- the materials do not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties;
- providing the materials does not breach any contractual confidentiality obligations;
- the files do not contain malicious code or other harmful content;
