Rapid Installation
Installation on a prepared site typically takes 1–3 days. The principal equipment is delivered pre-assembled and factory-tested.

Remote Operation
Automation, remote monitoring and supervisory control allow operators to monitor boiler-plant parameters from a smartphone or computer. Staffing requirements are determined by the approved design and applicable safety regulations.
Relocatability
A modular boiler plant can be dismantled and relocated to another prepared site. It can be recommissioned after reconnection and the required inspections.

The process begins by defining the system’s purpose: space heating, domestic hot water, steam generation, process heat, or a combination of several functions.
The engineers consider the required capacity, heat-transfer medium, temperature conditions, available fuel types, and parameters of the existing utility networks. They also analyse the size and thermal characteristics of the buildings, the facility’s operating schedule, seasonal demand, and peak loads.
Boiler and energy-source redundancy, the required level of automation, remote monitoring, and personnel involvement in system operation are assessed separately. The project must also comply with emissions, fire safety, and occupational safety requirements.
