Delivery and Payment

TeploFormat Engineering designs, manufactures, and supplies various types of boiler plants. We also support each project from the approval of the engineering solution through boiler plant handover and completion of the work specified in the contract.

We pay particular attention to manufacturing quality, logistics planning, documentation completeness, and clear payment terms.

Boiler Plant Delivery

Boiler plant modules and equipment are delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule after the relevant consignment has been checked for completeness and prepared for transportation.

Before dispatch, we coordinate the delivery date, equipment acceptance conditions, allocation of responsibilities between the parties, and site access requirements with the customer.

Delivery planning takes into account:

  • the weight and transport dimensions of the boiler plant modules and equipment;
  • height, weight, and dimensional restrictions along the transport route;
  • access and manoeuvring conditions for heavy goods vehicles;
  • the availability of sufficient space for unloading;
  • the lifting capacity and operating requirements of a mobile crane or other specialised lifting equipment;
  • the readiness of the foundation, base, and installation site;
  • the presence of overhead lines, narrow access roads, and other obstacles along the route and at the site.

Advance logistics planning is particularly important for modular and containerised boiler plants. Coordinating the key delivery conditions in advance helps reduce the risk of delays during transportation, unloading, and installation.

Unloading and Installation

The party responsible for organising transportation, unloading, and installation of the boiler plant, as well as the required lifting equipment, is specified in the contract.

Unless otherwise provided for in the contract, the customer must ensure that the foundation or base is ready, the installation site is accessible to the required equipment, sufficient maneuvering space is available, and no obstacles prevent equipment installation.

Before installation begins, the site is inspected to confirm its readiness and compliance with the agreed technical requirements.

Depending on the contractual terms, TeploFormat Engineering can provide:

  • organisation of equipment delivery and unloading;
  • positioning of the boiler plant on the prepared foundation or base;
  • installation of boiler plant modules and individual components;
  • connection to prepared utility systems within the agreed scope of work;
  • commissioning and integrated testing;
  • preparation of the documentation specified in the contract for placing the facility into operation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are determined individually based on the boiler plant type, equipment configuration, scope of work, and cooperation model. The payment procedure is agreed before equipment manufacturing or work begins and is specified in the contract.

TeploFormat Engineering can deliver a complete turnkey project or perform individual agreed project stages.

Depending on the project terms, the payment structure may include:

  • an advance payment;
  • milestone-based payments in accordance with the project schedule;
  • payment following the delivery of an individual equipment consignment or completion of an agreed project stage;
  • final payment after equipment delivery and completion of the work specified in the contract.

The advance payment amount, payment milestones, due dates, and documents used as the basis for payment are defined in the contract.

This approach allows the customer to understand the project budget structure, delivery schedule, and financial terms in advance.

Documentation

The customer receives a package of technical, delivery, and as-built documentation corresponding to the scope of supply, completed work, and contractual terms.

The documentation package may include:

  • technical passports and documentation for the boiler plant modules and installed equipment;
  • technical, design, and as-built documentation within the agreed scope;
  • certificates, declarations, and other documents required for the relevant equipment;
  • instructions for the operation and safe use of the equipment;
  • delivery notes and transport waybills, where applicable;
  • equipment acceptance and handover certificates;
  • certificates of completed work;
  • test reports and commissioning records;
  • warranty documents;
  • invoices and other payment documents.

The final list of documentation is determined by the scope of supply, project delivery model, and contractual terms.

Important Information

Each boiler plant is designed and manufactured according to the technical specification, site characteristics, and agreed customer requirements. Delivery times, unloading procedures, installation scope, and payment terms are therefore determined individually for each project.

TeploFormat Engineering specialists provide advice on:

  • the delivery format and schedule;
  • foundation and installation site preparation requirements;
  • organization of equipment unloading and installation;
  • the required documentation package;
  • payment stages and procedures;
  • organization of installation, commissioning, and boiler plant start-up.

TeploFormat Engineering provides a comprehensive approach, professional project coordination, and clear cooperation terms at every stage.
